Taste of the Town

Participation Agreement

To adhere to CDC occupancy guidelines we will be limiting the number of restaurants that will participate this year. Please submit your participation agreement as soon as possible to assure your business a table.

We will provide napkins, but restaurants will be responsible for plating and utensils Please provide something that will be refreshing on a warm evening and is easy to eat while roaming. Restaurants may begin setting up at 2pm and are responsible for leaving their space as it was when they arrived. We are asking restaurants to limit to 2 staff members on site once the event has begun.

Your restaurant agrees to: 

    • Provide at least one sample for up to 250 guests

    • Submit the Participation Agreement, restaurant logo, and website address to info@portsmouthhospitality.com by September 17, 2020

    • Pay a participation fee of $50 by September 17, 2020

    • Submit a photo of sample by September 17, 2020 to info@portsmouthhospitality.com

    • Provide a gift card of any amount for door prizes and raffles by September 20, 2020
